 Charter is engaged locally providing civil and environmental services to State level agencies, as
well as several municipalities across Massachusetts and the overall New England Region. Our portfolio of State and local work has included Superfund sites, remediation, asbestos and lead abatement,
transportation and disposal services, and landfill closures.
Charter also boasts an ongoing history of successfully providing services to community revitalization efforts in the Massachusetts’ cities of Chelsea, Lowell, and Lawrence, through the Brownfields Program.
At the State level, Charter also possesses several licenses and certifications. Our licenses include asbestos removal, de-leading, and demolition, while our State certifications include Minority Business Entity through the State Office of Minority
and Women Business Assistance, and DCAM (Department of Capital Asset Management) through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
