Ecosystem Restoration
With integrated civil and environmental capabilities, Charter has the expertise to execute all aspects of ecosystem restoration, including:

Wetlands/Coastal Reconstruction
Charter conducts restoration projects in both fresh water and salt water environments, and performs construction in sensitive habitats using specialized equipment and engineering controls. We evaluate habitat requirements, flora and fauna, soil types, and hydrogeological characteristics to implement the approach that results in the least impact to the environment.

Contaminated Sediment Dredging
Charter provides expertise in contaminated sediment dredging, and has experience in diverting waterways, installing sheetpiling, and excavating in the wet. We also have demonstrated experience in sediment management, including beneficial reuse, to provide cost-effective disposal options.
