Charter currently has an opening for the following positions:
Project Superintendent
Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience managing people and heavy, site and civil projects. Must be results oriented with strong construction contract and administrative skills as well as experience in scheduling and cost control systems.
Equipment Operator
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in site/civil, environmental or demolition industry.
Labor Foreman
Candidates should have 5 years past experience supervising labor crews in the site/civil, environmental or demolition industry.
Carpenters
Candidates should be experienced in rough carpentry and concrete formwork on site and heavy civil projects.
Engineers
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in the civil construction area. Responsibilities would include quantity takeoff, estimating, scheduling, submittals, and subcontractor coordination/negotiation.
